Marie
Prothero, RN, MS – Chief Operating Officer
Marie Prothero has 24 years of experience as a trained nursing
professional and administrator. She is clinically trained as a
nurse and has worked in critical care for several years before
becoming a nurse manager, nurse director and operations officer
at her previous facility. She has a Masters of Science degree in
Nursing Administration from Brigham Young University. She most
recently served as a region operations officer for an integrated
health care system in Utah. Marie lives in Springville, Utah with
her husband and son.
David Bice – Chief Financial
Officer
David Bice has more than 13 years experience in the healthcare
industry with an emphasis in accounting operations. Most recently,
David has served as vice president of Finance at Ernest Health
then as regional chief operating officer, overseeing financial
operations for 13 acute rehabilitation hospitals. He has worked
as an auditor within the acute care and skilled nursing industries.
David is a licensed administrator and holds a degree in Business
Management from the University of Phoenix. He is also a member
of ACHE.
Ginger Fisher, RN, BSN – Director
of Nursing Operations
Ginger Fisher has 27 years of experience as a nurse and nurse manager.
She has worked for 25 years as a critical care nurse and has managed
three critical care units since 1986. She has experience as a quality
nurse consultant and is currently working on a master’s degree
in public administration.
Bradley Miner – Director of Marketing & Business Development
Brad
Miner has spent the last 11 years of his career in the Healthcare
sector. Brad spent a number of years building
and managing mental
health and substance abuse rehab programs in Colorado. He also
spent time in sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products with
physicians
and hospitals in Colorado and Utah. Brad earned a bachelors degree
in Psychology from Utah State University and master’s degree
from Adams State.
Shane Frank - Director of Plant Operations
Shane Frank has more than 17 years experience in the operations
and maintenance areas of a hospital. He graduated from the plumbing
program at Utah Valley State College and is a licensed plumber.
He has additional training in backflow prevention, Medical gases,
law enforcement and disaster planning and response. He is a dedicated
leader with a hands-on approach to solving problems and a high
commitment to excellence and teamwork.
Brad Gardner – Director of
Pharmacy
Brad Gardner is an experienced pharmacist with more than 23 years
of successful pharmacy experience. His areas of expertise range
from clinical pharmacy, retail pharmacy to consulting. Brad is
an experienced leader in clinical pharmacy interventions and drug
utilization review. He has served as president of the USHP and
State Delegate to ASHP. He has extensive experience in JCAHO quality
assessment monitoring. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree
from the University of Utah School of Pharmacy.
Kelly Brimhall – Director of
Human Resources
Kelly Brimhall has extensive experience in the Human Resource field
due to his work with The Boeing Company in Seattle, Utah Valley
State College, and most recently, Intermountain Healthcare. Mr.
Brimhall received a dual bachelor’s degree from Utah State
University in Human Resource Management and Business. He is currently
pursing an MBA degree at Westminster College.
Molly Wright, RN, BSN – Director
of Quality & Risk Management
Molly Wright has 35 years of nursing experience, working in large
and small hospitals in Michigan, Minnesota and Utah. Her experience
includes 15 years as an Emergency nurse, five years as a nursing
supervisor and seven years in quality and risk. She received her
Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing from the University
of Michigan with a BSN. Molly also serves in the community as the
Nursing Director for the Volunteer Care Clinic in Provo.
Reuben Jessop, DPT – Director
of Therapy Operations
Reuben Jessop is an accomplished physical therapist who has experience in both
neuro- rehab and acute care physical therapy. He graduated in 2005 with his Doctorate
in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah. Some of the highlights of his
career so far include receiving the prestigious Mary McMillan Award and the Entry
Level Research Award from the American Physical Therapy Association. Reuben published
his research article titled, “Motor Learning and Parkinson Disease: Refinement
of Movement Velocity and Endpoint Excursion in a Limits of Stability Balance
Task” in the peer reviewed Journal of Neurorehabilitation and Neural Repair.
Reuben is currently working towards obtaining his Neuro Clinical Specialist certification.
